We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.
1) The existing piece should be sent to our head office Kolkata from the customer’s end.
2) Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused and unaltered.
3) After the product is verified, store credit will be given which can used against any future purchase.

2) Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.
